Users must read and agree to this "Refund Policy" when purchasing Veee services or products.

1. Ordinary agency services

  1. Except for special circumstances, the annual refund of proxy service orders can enjoy a proportional refund service within 15 days.
  2. Except for special circumstances, quarterly/annual proxy service orders can be refunded within a period of 15 days.

The formula is: (Unused days/Days ordered) * Service package price - The processing fee generated by the payment gateway.

The following conditions are not refundable:

  1. Abuse service
  2. Suspended or terminated due to a violation of the Terms of Service (ToS) and User Use Policy (AUP);
  3. Users repeat purchases and refund multiple times.


2. Exclusive agency services

After the user completes communication with the customer service and successfully pays, the process of entering the on-board server does not accept the refund request.


3. Management, maintenance services

  1. A full refund can be provided when the technician cannot meet the user's request;
  2. In other cases, no refund is provided (including, but not limited to, changes in demand by users).
